The Trusted Travel Reviews driver app allows your drivers to collect customer reviews whilst out on the road. Reviews will then be attributed to that specific driver, which will open up further opportunities to incentivise your drivers.
Review requests can be sent directly from the app via text message or email.
Drivers can then see all the reviews they have received and also get notified when a new review is submitted to them.
